Today I thought I'd describe my life right now in six words from Show My Face(if you'd like to participate, click the button and join in).
Coming up with those six words wasn't that hard to do. After a busy, stressful, depressing sort of week (I got a rejection on that submission ), I am
SO NOT FEELING THIS 'WRITER' THING!!!
Just had to be honest about how I feel. But I press on because that's just how I choose to roll. My life is very good and there are lots of positive things going on that I will concentrate on today. One day at a time, right? Right on!

rejection always sucks rocks :). hang in there and breathe.. im feeling a bit un-writerly myself these days... been biting nails about a submission of my own for TOO LONG - keep telling myself at least it means they didn't say no :).

but remember that many great writers started with the same thing... they were rejected repeatedly...
just don't give up hope and try again and gain...

Sorry about the rejection, it is the tough part of writing. Keep on that positive roll and submit again. The next time could be the one!

writing is tough! Some days I can barely put together a paragraph for my blog so I admire those who can truly write!
I feel the same...not inot the writing right now, but like you, pressing on.

My hats off to you for even submitting something. I've always wanted to be an author but I don't have the guts to write anything. Let alone submit anything. :)
I would bet your outta words due to helping your daughter with that bit of wisdom!! KUDOS!!! I was very impressed you turned her skit around for her.
I also try to help my kids plot.
